Lou Dubois is the Director of Editorial Content, Global Brand Communications at Hilton. In this role, he oversees video production, product and editorial content strategy globally. He is charged with delivering best in class content to media, team members, owners, communities and travelers all over the world, whilst building and leveraging a global editorial framework, a hybrid video and product infrastructure and an unmatched library of hotel-level assets.

Working across Hilton’s 17 brands, 5,700+ hotels and 113 countries and territories, Dubois is responsible for the first-ever global, mobile-first digital news platform for the company, the Hilton Online Newsroom, a variety of long and short-form episodic video development and more. Most recently, he has led a strategic content role in celebrating Hilton’s 100th year in business while working with our global network of hotel partners, team members and guests to drive awareness and tell the story of the company worldwide.


Previously, Dubois built and led a similar team at NBCUniversal, working across its 50+ brands and launching multiple award-winning web and mobile series and products. He also led social and digital strategy at NBC News for a team that worked on the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, the 2012 Presidential Election and more, where he won both a Peabody and an Emmy Award.

He began his career at Sports Illustrated and has also written on small business and tech for Inc. Magazine. 

He holds a degree in journalism from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla., and is based in Washington, D.C.
